  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves (or raspberry jam)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted for brushing, optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
  4. Add raspberry preserves in a thin layer, being careful not to overfill.
  5. Roll the pastry into a log and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
  6. Twist each piece and place in a muffin tin, allowing them room to rise.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
