- 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for mixing into cream cheese)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup raspberry preserves (or raspberry jam)
- 1 tbsp butter (melted for brushing, optional)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Add raspberry preserves in a thin layer, being careful not to overfill.
- Roll the pastry into a log and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each piece and place in a muffin tin, allowing them room to rise.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
