Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Reuben Balls:
    • 1 cup corned beef, finely chopped
    • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
    • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Spicy Thousand Island Dipping Sauce:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon horseradish
    • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Bake the Reuben balls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  5. While the balls are baking, prepare the Spicy Thousand Island Dipping Sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Once the Reuben balls are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve warm with the Spicy Thousand Island Dipping Sauce on the side.
