Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for about 10 seconds until softened.
- Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface and add 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat the process with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
- For the dipping sauce, whisk together hoisin sauce, peanut butter, water, and lime juice until smooth.
- Serve the dumplings with the dipping sauce on the side.
