Ingredients

  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
