- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Slice each chicken breast to create a pocket.
- Stuff each chicken breast generously with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Season the outside of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
