Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the creamy lemon-garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the salmon patties hot with the creamy lemon-garlic sauce drizzled on top.
