Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the creamy lemon-garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Serve the salmon patties hot with the creamy lemon-garlic sauce drizzled on top.
