Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter to form a crumbly dough for the crust.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
  7. Top with fresh blueberries and raspberries.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden on top.
  9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
