Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl and whisk until mostly dissolved, then let cool slightly.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed pretzels and salted caramel sauce gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
