Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 package (30 ounces) frozen hashbrowns
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Mix together the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Prepare your 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
