Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Mix together the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Prepare your 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it well.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly and garnish with green onions if desired.
