Ingredients
- Hash Browns: 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

- Milk: 1 cup whole milk
- Seasoning: 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- This casserole can be assembled the night before and stored in the refrigerator. Just add an extra 10-15 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
