Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the vegetables.
- Serve the chicken mixture on hoagie rolls or sandwich buns, adding any optional toppings as desired.
Notes
