Description

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe featuring tender pork chops and creamy ranch potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour the ranch mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir in the sour cream before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of chicken broth.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or green beans.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
