- 4 pork chops
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the sour cream before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of chicken broth.
- Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or green beans.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
