A delicious and easy-to-make Southern shrimp boil prepared in a slow cooker, perfect for gatherings and family meals.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the baby potatoes in the slow cooker and add the chicken broth.
- Sprinkle the Old Bay seasoning over the potatoes.
- Add the corn and garlic, followed by the shrimp on top.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add the lemon slices.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir gently before serving to combine all ingredients.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
