Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer your ingredients on the unbuttered side of one slice: cheese, smoked salmon, and any optional items.
- Assemble your sandwich with the second slice on top, buttered side facing up.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich until golden, about 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Flip and repeat until both sides are crispy and golden.
- Serve warm, sliced into halves or quarters.
