Description

S’mores Bars are a delicious no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. Evenly spread mini marshmallows over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the marshmallows.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Cut into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
