A delicious and gooey S’mores Cookie Skillet that combines the flavors of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers in a warm, baked cookie.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
- Transfer the cookie dough to a greased skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy warm, optionally topped with more marshmallows and chocolate!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Serve with ice cream for an extra treat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
