A delightful dessert combining the flavors of s’mores with the creaminess of ice cream, all layered in a cake form.
Ingredients

- 1 box of chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a cake pan.
- Layer half of the chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the crust.
- Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the cookies.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of the ice cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, ice cream, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
- Can be topped with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
