S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich Cake: A Delicious Delight!

Description

A delightful dessert combining the flavors of s’mores with the creaminess of ice cream, all layered in a cake form.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 quart of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a cake pan.
  3. Layer half of the chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the crust.
  4. Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the cookies.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of the ice cream.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, ice cream, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
  • Can be topped with whipped cream for extra indulgence.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
