Description

A delicious and creamy sour cream chicken casserole that is perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked rice and frozen mixed vegetables to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the chicken with turkey or any other protein.
  • You can add more vegetables according to your preference.
