A delicious and creamy sour cream chicken casserole that is perfect for family dinners.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked rice and frozen mixed vegetables to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the chicken with turkey or any other protein.
- You can add more vegetables according to your preference.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
