Ingredients
Scale
- For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- For the Ramen:
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, adding broccoli florets in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
