Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, followed by the cooked shrimp, and top with diced avocado.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and additional sriracha if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a healthier option, use brown rice instead of white rice.
