- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup peach preserves

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa and mixed greens.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell peppers, feta cheese, and walnuts to the bowl.
