Description
Delicious steak and cheese quesadillas filled with sautéed vegetables and melted cheese, wrapped in crispy tortillas.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm one tortilla in a separate pan for about a minute on each side.
- Layer half of the cheese on one half of the warmed tortilla, then add sliced steak, sautéed vegetables, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and gently press down.
- Cook in the skillet until the bottom turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Slice into wedges and serve while hot.
Notes
Experiment with different ingredients for customization, and try serving with guacamole, salsa, or sour cream.
