Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
