Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
  3. Place the pastry on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While the pastry cools, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with cornstarch and lemon juice.
  6. Once the pastry is cool, fill it with the whipped cream and top with the strawberry mixture.
