- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
- Place the pastry on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the pastry cools, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with cornstarch and lemon juice.
- Once the pastry is cool, fill it with the whipped cream and top with the strawberry mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of almond extract to the cream.
