Description

A comforting Stuffing Meatloaf that combines ground beef with herbed stuffing, vegetables, and a sweet ketchup glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, chopped onion, chopped celery, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly while incorporating everything together.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
  5. Mix the ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze in a small bowl.
  6. Coat the meatloaf with the glaze mixture.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing.

Notes

Consider making the meatloaf ahead of time and refrigerating before baking. It can also be cooked in an air fryer for a quicker option.
