A comforting Stuffing Meatloaf that combines ground beef with herbed stuffing, vegetables, and a sweet ketchup glaze.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, chopped onion, chopped celery, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly while incorporating everything together.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.
- Mix the ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze in a small bowl.
- Coat the meatloaf with the glaze mixture.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest before slicing.
Notes
Consider making the meatloaf ahead of time and refrigerating before baking. It can also be cooked in an air fryer for a quicker option.
