- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and thyme to create the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, spinach, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the steak.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the steak into a log shape and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
- Slice the rolled steak into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the cheese is bubbly.
