Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
