Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into tartlet pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Fill the baked tartlet shells with the chocolate mixture.
- Top with swirled fresh fruits.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
