Description

Delicious tartlets filled with a rich chocolate mixture and topped with swirled fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into tartlet pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
  6. Fill the baked tartlet shells with the chocolate mixture.
  7. Top with swirled fresh fruits.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
