- Vegetables:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- Aromatics:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the frozen potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown on the bottom.
- Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam the potstickers for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and let the water evaporate, then transfer the potstickers to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the potstickers to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together for 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

- This dish can be made ahead by preparing the vegetables and sauce in advance; store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
