Ingredients

Scale
  • Potstickers: 1 package (about 12-15 pieces) of frozen potstickers
  • Vegetables:
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
    • 1 cup snap peas
    • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • Aromatics:
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • Sauce:
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown on the bottom.
  3. Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately to steam the potstickers for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and let the water evaporate, then transfer the potstickers to a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  7. Return the potstickers to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together for 2 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
