Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
