Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.

- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
