Description

Three Milk Cake is a rich and indulgent dessert soaked in a blend of three kinds of milk, featuring a moist sponge cake topped with fluffy whipped cream and a hint of cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
  3. Combine flour and baking powder in another bowl, then gradually incorporate into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
  5. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream to create the soaking liquid.
  7. Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the milky mixture over it.
  8. Whip the remaining cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form and spread over the cake.
  9. Garnish with cinnamon and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
