Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once the gnocchi is cooked, stir in the fresh basil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
