Description

The Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie Parfait is a decadent dessert that combines rich, fudgy brownies with a velvety chocolate cheesecake layer, all topped with a luscious chocolate ganache.   • Brownie Layer:
    • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 4 large eggs

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cheesecake Layer:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate Ganache:
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. While the brownies cool, prepare the cheesecake layer by beating softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and heavy cream, beating until fluffy.
  7. Once the brownies are completely cool, cut them into small squares.
  8. For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  9. To assemble, layer brownie squares, cheesecake mixture, and ganache in serving glasses. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
