- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- While the brownies cool, prepare the cheesecake layer by beating softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and heavy cream, beating until fluffy.
- Once the brownies are completely cool, cut them into small squares.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- To assemble, layer brownie squares, cheesecake mixture, and ganache in serving glasses. Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
