A rich and indulgent dessert featuring three layers of chocolate mousse, perfect for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 200g
- Milk chocolate – 200g
- White chocolate – 200g
- Heavy cream – 600ml
- Eggs – 4
- Sugar – 100g
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Salt – a pinch
Instructions
- Start by melting the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whip 200ml of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat 2 eggs with 50g of sugar until pale and fluffy, then fold in the melted dark chocolate and whipped cream.
- Pour the dark chocolate layer into serving glasses and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat the process with milk chocolate and then white chocolate, layering each on top of the previous layer after it has set.
- Chill the mousse for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.

- Ensure all chocolate is of high quality for the best flavor.
- Let the mousse set completely for a better texture.
