Description

A rich and indulgent dessert featuring three layers of chocolate mousse, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 200g
  • Milk chocolate – 200g
  • White chocolate – 200g
  • Heavy cream – 600ml
  • Eggs – 4
  • Sugar – 100g
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Salt – a pinch

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip 200ml of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs with 50g of sugar until pale and fluffy, then fold in the melted dark chocolate and whipped cream.
  4. Pour the dark chocolate layer into serving glasses and refrigerate until set.
  5. Repeat the process with milk chocolate and then white chocolate, layering each on top of the previous layer after it has set.
  6. Chill the mousse for at least 4 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Ensure all chocolate is of high quality for the best flavor.
  • Let the mousse set completely for a better texture.
