  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and well blended.
  2. Fold in the crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups until evenly distributed.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Pour half of the melted chocolate into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  6. Top with the remaining melted chocolate, spreading it evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set, then cut into squares and serve.
