Description

A comforting and hearty casserole made with turkey and stuffing, perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer the turkey mixture evenly.
  5. Spread the prepared stuffing on top of the turkey mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
