- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer the turkey mixture evenly.
- Spread the prepared stuffing on top of the turkey mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
