- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
- Take a lettuce leaf and add a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Add crispy turkey bacon on top of the chicken.
- Top with diced tomatoes and cheese if desired.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
