Description
A delicious and creamy whipped feta dip paired with sweet grilled peaches and served with crispy pita chips.
Ingredients

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
- While the peaches are grilling, brush the pita triangles with olive oil and grill them for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Remove the peaches and pita from the grill.
- Serve the whipped feta dip in a bowl, topped with grilled peaches, alongside the crispy pita chips.
Notes
- For a smoky flavor, you can add a pinch of smoked paprika to the dip.
- Feel free to substitute nectarines for peaches if desired.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
