Description

A delicious and creamy whipped feta dip paired with sweet grilled peaches and served with crispy pita chips.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly softened.
  5. While the peaches are grilling, brush the pita triangles with olive oil and grill them for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Remove the peaches and pita from the grill.
  7. Serve the whipped feta dip in a bowl, topped with grilled peaches, alongside the crispy pita chips.

Notes

  • For a smoky flavor, you can add a pinch of smoked paprika to the dip.
  • Feel free to substitute nectarines for peaches if desired.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
