- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chili oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Optional: protein of choice (tofu, chicken, etc.)
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat the chili oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the pan with garlic and chili oil.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Add chopped green onions and any optional protein, and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
