Ingredients

- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh strawberries, pureed and strained
- 12 oz (340g) milk chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form in a mixing bowl (about 2-3 minutes).
- Fold in the strawberry puree until just combined.
- Prepare an 8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the mixture in the pan for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice the frozen nougat into bars and dip in melted chocolate.
- Chill again until the chocolate shell sets completely.
Notes
These bars can be made a day in advance. Try using dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
