Description

A vibrant pie combining sweet strawberries and blueberries with creamy yogurt and whipped cream, perfect for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pie crust until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. Whisk together the vanilla yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the yogurt mixture into two bowls, folding the strawberry puree into one and the blueberry puree into the other.
  4. Layer the strawberry mixture into the center of the cooled pie crust, then add the blueberry mixture on top.
  5. Create swirls with a skewer or knife, ensuring not to fully mix the colors.
  6. Add whipped cream on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

For the best flavor, prepare the pie a day in advance. Use frozen fruits if fresh ones aren’t available, ensuring they are thawed and drained.
