- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup blueberries, pureed
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pie crust until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Whisk together the vanilla yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the yogurt mixture into two bowls, folding the strawberry puree into one and the blueberry puree into the other.
- Layer the strawberry mixture into the center of the cooled pie crust, then add the blueberry mixture on top.
- Create swirls with a skewer or knife, ensuring not to fully mix the colors.
- Add whipped cream on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.

For the best flavor, prepare the pie a day in advance. Use frozen fruits if fresh ones aren’t available, ensuring they are thawed and drained.
