- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
- Measure and add 2 tablespoons of Sriracha for a zesty heat.
- Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, followed by 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar.
- If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey to balance the flavors.
- Using a whisk or fork, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the spiciness by folding in more Sriracha if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for best flavor.
Notes
This sauce can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. It’s great with fries, grilled chicken, and fresh veggies.
