Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
  2. Measure and add 2 tablespoons of Sriracha for a zesty heat.
  3. Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, followed by 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar.
  4. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey to balance the flavors.
  5. Using a whisk or fork, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  6. Taste the sauce and adjust the spiciness by folding in more Sriracha if needed.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours for best flavor.

Notes

This sauce can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. It’s great with fries, grilled chicken, and fresh veggies.
