- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini piece into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the fries lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
