- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large baking dish, place the pork shoulder and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add sliced onions on top of the pork.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 4-5 hours until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight with spices.
- Feel free to use store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own.
- These sliders can be made in a slow cooker for convenience.
