Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, place the pork shoulder and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add sliced onions on top of the pork.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 4-5 hours until the pork is tender.
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
  6. Mix the shredded pork with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with coleslaw if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight with spices.
  • Feel free to use store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own.
