Description

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and coat them with blackening seasoning.
  3. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
