Ingredients

  • 4 Sausage Patties
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 strips of Bacon
  • 4 slices of Cheese (cheddar or American)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage patties and cook until they’re browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  2. Using the same skillet, crisp up the bacon until golden brown, then set aside to drain.

  4. Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and stir gently with a spatula until cooked fluffy and light.
  5. Cut the pretzel buns in half, add butter to the skillet and toast the insides until golden brown.
  6. Layer each toasted bun with a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
