- 4 Sausage Patties
- 4 Eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage patties and cook until they’re browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Using the same skillet, crisp up the bacon until golden brown, then set aside to drain.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and stir gently with a spatula until cooked fluffy and light.
- Cut the pretzel buns in half, add butter to the skillet and toast the insides until golden brown.
- Layer each toasted bun with a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Top with the other half of the bun.
