- 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the butternut squash puree, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on each square and fold to create ravioli.
- Boil the ravioli in salted water until they float, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked ravioli and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Melt the butter and drizzle over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh sage leaves before serving.
