- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked penne, chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
