- 1 package of tortellini (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
