Description

A delicious and comforting Cheddar & Broccoli Rice Pasta Bake that combines creamy cheese, tender broccoli, and pasta for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the rice and broccoli, and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
